The Fairchild House Designated as a Kentucky Landmark in 1984 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008, the Fairchild House is a low Queen Anne Victorian house designed by the architectural firm of Barber and Kluttz (George F. Barber) of Knoxville, Tenn. for W. F. Fairchild. A local businessman and banker, he moved his family into this Monticello, Kentucky house in Sept. 1906.
