Q: How do I reserve a room?
A: Call (606) 348-5555 and talk to Linda or Charlotte about the date and length of your stay. Upon confirmation of available rooms, your credit card number will be requested to ensure the room will be available for you.

Q: Oops! I have a family emergency and can't come! How do I cancel my room?
A: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 days in advance. We do, however, fully understand emergencies, and will work with you. If it is too late to rebook the room, we will process the charge for one night.

Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
A: Check in time: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. or prior arrangements. Check-out time: 10:30-11:00 a.m.

Q: Can I bring my children and pets?
A: Inquire about the availability of accommodation for a child. We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Q: Can I smoke?
A: The Fairchild House is a smoke-free facility, however, smoking is allowed on the porch.

Q: Do you have boat and trailer parking?
A: Yes, boat and trailer parking is available. There are two major boat ramps within 15 miles (Conley Bottom and Beaver Lodge). These will be accessible during the repair of Wolf Creek Dam.
